The Société owns three sites with rental space:
- At its main office, rooms have been set aside for training sessions, receptions or meetings. Office space is also available.
- At 6500 boul. Raoul-Duchesne, office spaces are available for contractors doing business with industries in the Park.
- In the waterfront area, office spaces are available for companies whishing to set up business near clients using the port facilities.
