GENERAL MANAGEMENT

is responsible for the long-term management and development of the Société. It determines the main lines of development and is in charge of the execution of strategic plans. It directs all management-related activities.

The

FINANCE DIRECTOR

manages financial resources, legal affairs, internal affairs, management and information systems, and office technology. She is responsible for certain aspects regarding human resources, communications, and the development and administration of the Société.

The

ENVIRONMENTAL AND TECHNICAL SERVICES DIRECTOR

oversees the planning, management, construction and renovation of fixed assets and the services related to them. His responsibilities include the construction, maintenance and operation of port installations, the industrial water plant and system, aqueducts, sewers, roads and buildings. He is also responsible for technical aspects of establishing new companies and for environmental issues.

The

MAINTENANCE SERVICE

supervises the team assigned to the construction, maintenance and operation of the Société's fixed assets.

The

PORT ACTIVITIES AND SAFETY COORDINATOR

is responsible for the use of the berths and for the stocking areas. She is also responsible for the Security Plan of the port, the surveillance and access to the capital assets of the Société.
